Honey Lime Christmas Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

• 1 green apple, diced
• 1 red apple, diced
• 1 lb grapes
• 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1 lb strawberries, halved
• 6 oz raspberries
• 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• zest of 2 limes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all of your fruit to a large bowl.
2. Whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest in small bowl.  Pour over fruit just before serving and toss to evenly coat.
